It was a beautiful day in Montreal today. Felt cramped for time trying to fit some last minute site seeing in.
After a fitful night of sleeping, I left Teresa in the apartment (sleeping) and went to have breakfast at the main B&B building. I quickly met another girl staying at the B&B and quite like her. She’s really nice, and we seem to get along well. We sat down at the table and started talking while waiting for breakfast.
Shortly after, an older man came down and joined us. I could tell he felt a bit awkward, as he had come in, in the middle of two transwomen getting to know each other. After a while he eventually joined in the conversation, and turns out he was there supporting his daughter, who was already in the recovery centre.
He was from New Hampshire, and had a bit of a Bostonian accent. He was super nice, and the 3 of us had a decent breakfast and spent the hour eating and chatting. Eventually we had to part ways, as I had to get back to Teresa and get her some food.
I hard boiled some eggs for her, and also made her a gluten free ramen bowl. Then we headed out to brave Montreal one last time.
I drove us up to Mont Royal and that was a bust. Traffic was super heavy, and the road that Google had taken us to, was closed, so we wound up heading down the hill again, and I didn’t feel like trying to find another route. Instead, we headed to the Olympic park area.
That was an easier drive, and we wound up parking at some botanical gardens, but we really didn’t have much time, and Teresa’s legs hurt from all the walking in Old Montreal, so we basically paid $12 for a pee stop.
We drove back to the B&B so I could go visit a friend in recovery for 20 minutes, before having to do my first of two enemas.
The enemas were not as bad as I thought they would be. But then, I hadn’t eaten all the much today. If they really wanted me completely cleaned out, they could have just given me a red velvet cupcake.
I also ventured to the B&B for dinner where I met a couple other new faces. One transgender man and another transgender woman. Conversation was all about surgeries, hormones, transition, life, etc… I stayed and chatted with them for a couple hours before heading back to the apartment.
Managed to do some laundry today, and we repacked the suitcases so I could have the smaller one going forward. Teresa will take the bigger one back home with her. I’ve done my second enema. I’ve showered and shaved “down there”. Pretty much prepped for tomorrow.
My surgery is at noon, and will take approximately 3 hours. Not sure if I will be cognitive enough to write tomorrow, but we’ll see. I’ll be drugged up, have a catheter, a fully packed vagina that will be stitched closed, a drainage tube for bleeding and a whole bunch of sutures.
Now I’m just relaxing trying to get everything as ready as I can for tomorrow. I don’t want to have a ton of things to do in the A.M.
Goodnight penis – it was, umm, a thing, having you. You won’t be missed.

I love it! What a love hate relationship with some body parts. I am so glad you wrote about the goodbye to your penis. Next adventure begins. I will be thinking of you and sending the best thoughts to both you, and our friend. Lots of love, hun. HH
